The founder of the company was Carl Bolch Sr. The former name of the company was Carl Bolch Trackside Stations. In the year 1959, the company had acquired the Oil Well Company located in Alabama, USA, and therefore used the acquired company’s outlets all over Alabama, for his business. The son of the company’s founder joined as a CEO of the company, in the year 1967.
