The three main areas of its work includes designing and manufacturing juvenile products, home furnishing and bicycles. The company was formed in 1987 as a result of a coalition between Dorel Co. Ltd. founded by Leo Schwartz in 1962 and Ridgewood Industries which was founded in 1969.
