PF Chang’s was founded in the year 1993. The company has been active for almost 26 years now. The founders of the company were Paul Fleming and Philip Chiang. In the year 1993, PF Chang’s China Bistro was formed from the acquisition of the original four bistro restaurants. Then in the year 2012, Centerbridge Partners had completed the purchase of PF Changs China Bistro and the company is no longer publicly held. As of the year 2010, the home menu of the company was introduced as well. The same year, the company’s China Bistro Home Menu license was taken over by Con Agra Foods.
