The former name of the company was Express-1 Expedited Solutions. In the year 2011, the company was taken over by an American businessman known as Bradley Jacobs. Bradley Jacobs had taken the role of both the company’s CEO and chairman. The name of the company was also changed in the year 2006, to the current company’s name.
